JobShop (Romanian job fair)

JobShop is a national career event for students and fresh graduates organized annually by the Board of European Students of Technology. The event has evolved from a job fair to a career event.
Since 2008 it has offered (varying from event to event) company presentations, technical workshops, company visits, soft skill training, scholarship presentations and job interviews.
==History==
JobShop was the first job fair organized in Romania. The first JobShop was organized in 1993 in Timişoara. Its purpose was to create a link between companies and students, facilitating student internships. It was a "doors open" day.
In 1996, the event was launched both in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca. In 2000 the event was extended to Iași and Brașov.
Since 2008, JobShop has been known as a "national career event", with editions in the five best known university centers of Romania.
Due to complications over the years, the 2012 event took place only in Timișoara, Cluj-Napoca and Iași, but Brașov is preparing a comeback in 2013.
